Through its six flagship programs, such as Smart Girl, Business Development Programs, Minority Affairs, Plastic Surgery, Matrimony Meet, Young MBA, and others, BJS Community Outreach provides a platform for holistic development of children and youth.
BJS has been devoting a lot of time and thought to national issues. The founder's personal experience and ground-level connections have aided him in designing and developing appropriate solutions for dealing with such national issues. Through BJS, he piloted, tweaked, and deployed these solutions, which were first tested in the community for success and impact on beneficiaries before being rolled out across the country in a state-by-state manner.
A person's life is divided into several stages. Each of these stages has its own set of difficulties. Our founder has attempted to reduce the risk of failure in subsequent years by providing appropriate training during the formative years, thereby addressing the root causes of the problems. As a result, programs such as Smart Girl and Young MBA for children, Business Development and Minority Affairs for youth, Matrimony Meets for the youth of marriageable age, and Happy Family Happy Home for newly married couples were developed.
