Business Development Program
The Bharatiya Jain Sangathan (BJS) acts as a catalyst in the development of an individual's skills and knowledge, resulting in increased capacity for entrepreneurial success. The main goal is to reach out to various target groups and provide value-added services such as Business Development workshops to help them understand the latest developments in enterprise building strategies.
The lack of appropriate and timely guidance is a serious concern for the entrepreneurs of this country. BJS understands the importance and the need of this national issue and has taken a step ahead to work on it by way of the ‘Business Development Program’.
Due to the onslaught of modern methods of doing business, such as the use of Social Media and Technology, as well as improved mobile phone and road connectivity, family businesses are slowly closing down. In search of lucrative jobs, educated youth are migrating from villages and small towns to cities and metros. As a result, a traditionally business-oriented community is gradually transforming into a service-oriented community, with owners increasingly becoming employees.
BJS decided to develop Business Development Awareness programs to raise awareness of the changing external business environment and how it is affecting traditional businesses in order to halt this trend.
It equips youth with the necessary tools and encourages them to pursue entrepreneurship in order to succeed in their traditional businesses.
Highlights of this initiative:
- It is a great platform for small, big retailers, wholesalers, traders, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and women entrepreneurs to have a revolution in their businesses.
