We process all our secure payment options including credit card and net banking transactions, through our trusted payment gateways and using SSL encryption technology. When you buy your credit/debit cards information is kept private and confidential with the payment gateway provider. At no point of time any payment related information is stored, collected or viewed by us.

 

If you encounter a failure of payment during your transaction, please try again while ensuring the following:

1. Provide accurate information about your account details, billing address etc, on the payment gateway
2. Your internet connection should be continuous without any disruption, during the payment procedure

 

If you find the amount debited from your account, even after a payment failure, we take necessary steps to refund the extra amount within 7-10 working days.
